From Garden State Parkway:

• Take Rt. 3 East
• Exit Rt. 120/Sports Arena
• Exit forks, stay LEFT toward 120/Arena, Sheraton
• Continue on Sheraton Plaza Dr. parallel to Rt. 3E, move to the right lane
• Turn right at the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel & Conference Center.

TRAFFIC NOTE: Avoid taking NJ-21 South to NJ-3 East as the ramp could delay your travel time by up to 1 hour.

From NJ Turnpike North or South

• Take exit 16W for NJ-3 toward Secaucus/Rutherford/Sports Complex
• Keep to the far right lane at the Toll plaza
• Stay to the right, follow signs for Arena (do NOTgo to Rt. 3)
• Keep right at the fork and merge on to Sheraton Plaza Dr.
• Turn right at the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel & Conference Center.  

From NYC and points East

• Take Rt.3 West
• Go past Metlife/Giants/Jets Stadium
• Take the next exit for Sheraton Plaza Dr.
• Go Left on Sheraton Plaza Dr., which comes back under Rt.3
• Continue on Sheraton Plaza Dr. parallel to Rt. 3E, move to the right lane
• Turn right at the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel & Conference Center.
