Buying or refinancing a home scares the pants off of most people since it’s usually the biggest transaction people will ever make and financing language is often very confusing.
What I do is take that worry away by explaining the process in simple terms and show my clients all the fees upfront so they understand everything and the money they will be saving.
My customers are calm, confident and feel well taken care of because there’s no surprises from our beginning talk to closing.
