My strength is in the challenging moments we all have in our lives / careers in trying to figure out what is next. My background is in Human Resources. I understand all aspects of career management having been a hiring manager, a Human Resources professional from compensation to recruiter / talent acquisitor to being the Head of HR. I am certified in Coaching by the International Coaching Federation. I work in the outplacement field, and as a capstone advisor, curriculum writer and professor at Rutgers University.
