I am an employment law adviser, litigator, and trial attorney. I advise and assist businesses and employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, from counseling (contracts, hiring, firings, employee issues) to defending state and federal court employment matters and DOL audits. At my firm, we pride ourselves on helping our clients to prevent lawsuits and problems in advance.

What types of business contacts are you looking to make?

I am looking to meet anyone in the business community who deals with employees on a regular basis. I also very much enjoy speaking engagements and presenting on a host of employment law issues to business and industry groups on hot topics in employment law, including harassment and the #metoo movement, overtime and wage and hour issues, and performance management of employees.
