In time, all the people i meet will do just great, but they need time - i provide time. If they do great, i help pay the tax they owe the government as a reward for the great work they did. I make the business grow by showing innovative ways to attract and retain key employees. In addition, I show how the business can have the resources to continue after the loss of a key employee.
