Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?: My name is Adam Gilbert and I am a 29 year old licensed California attorney and real estate broker. I am now involved in various fields related to real estate. I began my career as civil litigation attorney and quickly found my passion for real estate focusing my skills on Sales and Development.

As a principal and broker of Gilbert Avriette, I lead a team of dedicated agents with offices in Palm Springs & Palm Desert, CA, and specialize in: residential, multifamily, commercial, land & vacation rentals.

I am also currently works as real estate development consultant at Tahiti Partners Properties Corp. working on all aspects of development projects including: land acquisition, financial analysis, entitlement, build out and sales.

I am also active in the real estate investment field both as representative for my clients in addition to managing a personal portfolio which includes: multifamily, and vacation rental assets.

As a third generation civil litigation trial attorney at the law firm of Gilbert & Bourke LLP, Adam specialized in: Business litigation, Real Estate, & Personal Injury cases.

What types of business contacts are you looking to make?: I am looking to meet, talk with, grab lunch or a coffee with smart and interesting people. I love being a connector and putting people who can help each other together so I am happy to add to my rolodex. I am also always interested to hear what people are working on.
