Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?

Most recently I have worked very successfully in a wide range of areas of Software management: QA, Tech support, Training, Tech writing, Requirements, and Strategic planning. Some of my accomplishments: I achieved a high level software quality for my previous company that enabled them to have a reputation for high quality, reliable software. I took a poorly performing Tech support department and completely revamped it to become a top-notch department with 94% level of customer satisfaction. I'm also have a knack for hiring quality staff members. The people that I hired became top performers in the company.
I developed excellent relationships with the staff that I managed and they responded with high quality work.
I was part of the management team that did strategic planning for the company, so I have good business experience as well.
I love to learn and try new skills and have been blessed with success at whatever I try.

What types of business contacts are you looking to make?

I am currently looking for work. I would love to work in a frum environment and I am open to using my skills in a new industry that is not necessarily software or technology. I have good business and management experience that could be applied to many different types of businesses
