I'm an IT management consultant with extensive experience in healthcare, finance, utilities, staffing, retail, and government. I use proven principles like Six Sigma, Lean, PMBOK, and SDLC to transform operations. Prior to consulting, I served in leadership and management roles with the Baltimore area's top companies, including the University of Maryland Medical System, MedStar Health, Constellation Energy, and Baltimore Gas & Electric.
