Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?: I am a corporate attorney with 20 years of experience and have worked at law firms ranging from very small to very large. I have represented small and large private and public companies with their financing and every day corporate needs, as well as investment banks, funds and high net worth individuals in financing transactions. Based on my background, I am able to problem solve and work hand-in-hand with many different types of clients. Also, I am in a position to be flexible and creative with my fees, which is very helpful in the current economic environment.

What types of business contacts are you looking to make?: Business owners and potential referral sources with clients who need high quality legal representation, but not at big law firm prices. As a partner at a full service mid-size law firm, in addition to my corporate expertise, I can make introductions to lawyers in the areas of litigation, real estate, employee benefits and intellectual property.
