Insperity provides small and medium sized businesses with HR and Business Performance Solutions. In a nutshell, we maximize the money small businesses are already investing in their employees. What I bring to the role of Business Performance Advisor is a small business background. I was involved in a small family business for 15 years. I see the value in the solutions we offer and can relate to trials and tribulations of running a small business.
