I worked in the HR/Benefits space as an internal employee for 10 years before transitioning to the consulting side of the business. I have sat in the seat of HR and benefits professionals, and I love being a resource to assist with problem solving and creative thinking. I specialize in helping organizations optimize their employee benefits package to attract, retain and support top talent. My organization focuses on cost-effective strategies, compliance and enhancing employee satisfaction.
