Carla Greengrass is a Star Director and Founding Leader with Stella & Dot, the boutique-style accessories company offering flexible entrepreneurship for women. Greengrass launched her business in October of 2008, becoming one of the company's first independent stylists in the northeast. In the last 5 years, she has built an international sales force of over 1000 women across the United States, Canada and the UK. Greengrass maintains a robust personal business as well as provides ongoing support, coaching and mentoring to her team of stylists.

Prior to Stella & Dot, Greengrass was a public relations executive with 16 years experience on both the agency and client side. She was most recently Director of Business Development at the Susan Magrino Agency, a mid-sized New York-based agency specializing in consumer and luxury brands.
