As both a practicing attorney and real estate appraiser I have better insight into valuation issues than your typical tax appeal lawyer. I have appeared in Court not only as a lawyer but as an expert witness on property value issues. I am the 2012 President of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers in Chicago.
