Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?

I work with bright, committed professionals from many industries, who are unwilling to settle for the status quo in their careers and in life, and are ready and willing to work hard to achieve their desires. My clients have followed tried-and-true career paths and have a record of accomplishment. And yet, they may now find themselves facing new challenges for which they feel unprepared - whether these come from increased or new responsibilities, or circumstances they consider beyond their control. They may feel exhilarated or lost and without a map.
I am a scientist by education and experience and a coach by vocation. After a 28-year career at Pfizer Inc, where I served as a senior leader in Research and Development and managed a global organization, I founded Gáler Coaching for Excellence, LLC. In addition to receiving a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, I trained as a coach at the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I have been accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and am certified to administer the Hogan® Leadership Forecast Assessment.
