With 30 years of success as a registered broker, full-service investment banker, merchant banker, and entrepreneur, I serve corporate clients, institutional investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals in the areas of public and private financing, asset management, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings.

I am a generalist with extensive experience in various industries, including energy, real estate, pharma, tech and traditional bricks and mortar.
