I have almost 20 years of experience as a bankruptcy attorney for businesses and individuals, representing creditors, debtors, adversary defendants, trustees, committees, shareholders, asset purchasers and assignees for the benefit of creditors. Starting in 1991, I spent 5 years in the bankruptcy department of the L.A. office of the large international law firm Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. Starting in 1996, I practiced for 12 years at SulmeyerKupetz, A P.C., a respected mid-sized bankruptcy firm in downtown Los Angeles. I formed the Law Office in 2009.
I enjoy writing and speaking on bankruptcy issues. My website includes my articles that appeared in the Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal (the leading daily legal publication in California) and Business Credit Magazine. I was also a guest commentator on CNN News, CNN Headline News and The Greta Van Sustern Show concerning bankruptcy-related topics.

What types of business contacts are you looking to make?: I am looking to discuss business referral opportunities with lawyers, accountants and other professionals. Most of my business referrals are to and from other lawyers.
