I believe that mitzvah photographs should be more than a mere record of the day’s events. Rather, they should capture the genuine moments in between the obvious, expected shots. The images must embody the emotions and personalities of their subjects, revealing the subtleties of individual human experience. The proofs should evoke gasps, grins and tears. Authentic expressions, gestures and interactions should leap off the pages of the album. The pictures should give you goose bumps. This is what mitzvah photography can be. I bring the same passion, vision and creative eye to my portrait and commercial work as well.
