I am a Senior Business Broker with Vested Business Brokers. We act as intermediaries and assist buyer and sellers of privately held, profitable businesses.
I have over 25 years of experience practicing corporate, securities and commercial law, counseling small to large public and private companies in industries ranging from hi-tech and aviation to the restaurant industry. I have been the lead attorney in closing deals ranging from the sale of hi-tech public companies to shopping centers to fleets of commercial aircraft to single restaurants. Prior to his legal career, Prior to my legal career, I was the chief operating officer of a publicly held medical/dental device manufacturer. I have represented dozens of entrepreneurs and have led and participated in all manner of financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
