Working with the healing properties inherent in wholesome, natural foods, while using the best of the Ayurvedic and Macrobiotic traditions, she artfully creates a powerful environment for the body to repair itself. As a Natural Healing Specialist and Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, she treats all parts of the whole to bring about balance and nourishment in the bodies and lives of her clients. She is passionate about helping people live the way they’ve always wanted to – healthy, happy, and free to enjoy life! While undergoing her master’s degree studies in Psychology, Jasmine was able to see how closely connected the aspects of health and happiness are in our lives. She created The Food Apothecary as a way to bring both factors together, spreading the joy found in vibrant living to every body she works with.
