Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?

I have been in the investment and insurance niche since 1993. In that time I developed a well balanced plan that allows the business owner to both retain employees and plan for a successful transition out of the business taking more savings with him.

My goal is to set up a consulting structure that I am able to quarterback the benefit plans as well as the individual needs for the principals and the employees.

What types of business contacts are you looking to make?

Businesses with sales under 10 million dollars. Especially partnerships. Also, the owner is looking for ways to get more personally out of the business.
