Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?

I am a private Chef & Caterer in sunny, tropical, Miami. My surroundings are my inspiration; the heat, the mediterranean blue waters, the palm trees....
Those that have tasted my food have been described it as 'The best thing I ever tasted", "How is everything so amazing?", "Like my (old jewish)moms, better...", "Your food makes me feel really good" etc.
I love creating dishes personal for my clients, foods that invoke memories, that make their eyes close and hear 'mmmmm, my god'.
I create events that are very personal, lavish even in their simplicity.
I love what I do, and love working with people!
I also specialize in working with children and their eating habits, trying to create healthy happy kids!
