Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?: My firm helps commercial tenants located throughout the US and Canada save money on their rental and janitorial costs by auditing their bills. One large insurance company has saved more than $22.5 million over the 20 year term of their office lease because of our work. Also we are also affiliated with the largest global energy consulting firm. Together we help large users of energy anywhere in the world better manage their energy usage and operations and thus save significant sums of money.
