Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?: 35 years of experience as a baker. The baker for My Most Favorite Desserts in NYC who introduced almond daquoise cakes to them. For those of you who can remember the old Walter's Bakery in Montvale, you'll have an idea of what I am going to re-create; old fashioned pastries, cakes and danish made with real butter, eggs and milk. There will be no cutting corners when it comes to quality and taste. Please stop by for a taste of something special

What types of business contacts are you looking to make?: Our main goal is to grow the retail side of our business. Having said that, we currently service quite a few commercial clients and might consider taking on additional business for the right opportunity
