Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?
I've worked in the Jewish community for most of my career. For the past 13 years, I was the Executive Director of a non-profit camping agency, and while in that position, I had the opportunity to work closely with our catering department and to learn the art of Kosher Catering. After many years in the non-for-profit world, I decided to take the leap into owning my own business. I am now the President and owner of Celebrations Kosher Catering which I run along with my two sisters, who also have a non-Kosher catering company. I take great pride in ensuring the details of each event are taken care of. I strive to offer the highest quality food, presentation and service and to take catering to another level. My goal is to "wow" our clients and their guests and make their events spectacular.
What types of business contacts are you looking to make?
I would like to meet contacts who could help further our reach and get the word out about what we do. I would like to meet individuals who work with organized Jewish groups, synagogues, JCC's and other agencies that reach the public. Also, it would be useful to meet other folks who provide services that we could partner with such as event planners, florists, musicians, etc.
