Holden, LLC (the "firm") counsels and represents a broad spectrum of New York and New Jersey clients on a wide variety of issues such as: commercial real estate, residential real estate, business and corporate entity formation, divorce proceedings and estate planning. We represent individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability entities, joint ventures and other business entities. No matter whom we represent, one aspect of our representation remains constant: our commitment to providing the very best legal representation.

Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Holden worked as an associate for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP one of the largest global law firms. Mr. Holden's practice focused on the representation of Fortune 500 companies, institutional lenders and private equity firms in various types of transactional matters. Subsequent to leaving Skadden, Mr. Holden worked as in-house counsel for Ospraie Management, LLC, the investment manager for the Ospraie family of hedge funds. Mr. Holden's desire in founding the firm was to provide clients with large law firm services and rapid responsiveness for boutique law firm fees.
