Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?

My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. As she was unable to care for herself, I sought out the services of a live-in caregiver -- no easy task! The caregiver was wonderful and made my mother's final days wonderful days. I wanted other families to have the same experience that I did; hence, I became a franchisee of Home Care Assistance.

I'm great at what I do because I've been there. I understand what my clients and their family members are going through. I am able to anticipate their questions and concerns.
