- I work with companies looking to locate their businesses in Maryland or DC markets... Be it office, retail or warehouse space. For the most part, my services are free to my clients as fees are typically paid for by Landlord / Seller.
I also help investors find and secure real estate investment deals in the Mid Atlantic markets.

Hi Mordy;
I've been an active architect in my own firm for more than 30 years during which time I've designed projects from coast to coast. If you need a contact in NY & NJ or Florida we can help. We often assist commercial brokers is closing a deal. By the way, my father's name was "Iskowitz" and my grandfather was "Itzkowitz."
