I've represented thousands of people and businesses in Bankruptcy; I was the Law Clerk for a Bankruptcy Judge; I was a trustee in Bankruptcy, involved in many thousands of other Bankruptcy cases, for more than 20 years; and I am 5.0 "AV® Preeminent Attorney" rated in the Martindale-Hubbell Directory of Attorneys (the highest rating for both ethics and proficiency in the law, awarded to less than 5% of all attorneys in the U.S. and Canada).

I have also been interviewed about Bankruptcy twice on television (CNBC-24 and News-12 Long Island). I've written 13 published articles on Bankruptcy in the NY Law Journal, The Banking Law Journal, and the LI Business Journal. I've lectured numerous times on Bankruptcy to attorneys, students, trade associations, and other groups and persons.
