Our perspective is to help clients evaluate employee needs, and design a menu of benefits that are aligned with the company's objectives. We offer programs both employer- paid and voluntary plans that are flexible, affordable and able to grow with our clients.
What I believe really makes us great is that all of us truly care about providing our clients with the best coverages possible. Any agent can get you a cheaper policy. How many believe you have the right to the best health care possible and strive to get it for you? I can tell you numerous stories of fighting to get clients approved for care when carriers wanted to say "no" or structuring plan financing so a client could afford a better carrier. In addition, we give back to our community by lobbying through industry associations, donating our time to training agents, public speaking and publishing.
What types of business contacts are you looking to make?
I would like to meet business owners who are frustrated with the high cost of benefits and not sure they are getting the best service from their current broker; insurance agents who would like to outsource their benefits business to someone they can trust; CPA's, Business Managers, HR executives, CFO's and business owners
