More than 20 years' experience in commercial contracts, real estate and corporate matters, including representation of private and public companies. Have acted as outside counsel at major New Jersey law firms, and served as in house counsel both at a public and a private company. Address legal issues with a creative and practical business sense and appreciation for the timeliness and responsiveness necessary to exceed clients' expectations.
