By drawing upon over 20 years experience as an attorney, I provide you with the experience, skill and personal attention that you deserve. I have helped countless individuals and businesses in a wide range of legal matters, whether it be by serving as general counsel, trying a civil litigation matter or drafting and negotiating business contracts.

​I regularly serves as a “virtual general counsel” to those small to mid-sized companies that do not have their own legal department, but still need the day-to-day counsel and guidance of an experienced and well-rounded attorney. I interact with and counsel management on such matters as contract review and negotiation, employment issues, litigation, and litigation avoidance and risk management, among many others. I serve as the legal quarterback for my individual and corporate clients, handling all matters that impact his clients. I also draw upon a robust network of professionals to best serve my clients.

Prior to starting my own law firm, I served as a partner at the prestigious law firms of Harwood Lloyd, LLC and Phillips Nizer, LLP. I have also served my community by being elected to three terms on my town’s Board of Education. I coach various sports in my community and continue to focus on being an active and giving member of my community.

​I am a graduate of Boston University (International Relations, 1989) and Western New England College School of Law (honors, 1993). I am admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
