I have 26 years of experience and training in the environmental consulting field. During this time I "grew up" in the industry doing work requiring high quality work and integrity.
Over the last 26 years I have performed hundreds of Phase I Real Estate Investigations, Transaction Screens for private and public entities (including school districts); Phase II site investigations including drilling/soil sampling, groundwater investigations and soil gas investigations; UST removals; Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Studies (RIFS); prepared Remedial Action Plans; designed and implemented remedial action; and, prepared closure requests.
Most memorable projects: (1) Preliminary Endangerment Assessment (PEA) for the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles. (2) Deep Well Investigation - Wilmington Refinery down to depths of 700 feet. (3) Litigation case for Shell Oil
Past clients include Shell Oil, Chevron USA, Conoco Phillips, Phillips 66, Sinclair Oil, Kern Oil, Los Angeles Unified School District, San Francisco Unified School District, Orange County School District, Wilshire State Bank, Universal Bank, Bank of America, Comerica Bank, Watt Developers.
