Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?

I come from a family of prominent Realtors and, therefore, I grew up in the business. Much of what must be learned by other Realtors comes as second nature to me.

I come from a successful family of prominent realtors which includes my grandfather, father and mother. I do not just sell apartments, I help people and families find their home.

I live in the neighborhoods that I do business in, so I know the areas well from both a personal and professional perspective. I take the time to understand exactly what clients are looking for in an apartment and a community. Every neighborhood, every street and every building in this city has a unique character. I know how that character mixes with the character of the client in creating a home, as well as personal style and comfort.

Empathetic, motivated, friendly and fun, I will make the entire real estate experience rewarding. I possess a perfect balance of quantitative and qualitative skills thanks to my numbers background as an accountant, and my creativity honed via my marketing degree and entrepreneurial endeavors. I can talk square feet, transaction and carrying costs as intelligently as I can about style, architecture, and the emotional side of investing.

I have earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing from Northeastern University in Boston, MA plus completed courses in preparation for the CPA exam at Pace University in Manhattan.

What types of business contacts are you looking to make?

I am looking for both clients and business contacts. A real estate transaction involves many parties, including attorneys, mortgage brokers, and accounts. I seek to build a trusted and talented network and professionals to involve in my clients' transactions.
In addition, many of my clients are new to New York City. I seek to build a strong network that I can refer my clients to for whatever needs they may have once they arrive in New York.
