I ask the right questions and have the patience to listen to the responses without interruption. The ability to think out of the box while staying within the lending guidelines in an industry that has tightened its' guidelines since the 2007 mortgage implosion. I'm an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer licensed in 27 states that is well versed in Conventional, FHA, and VA loans. All loans types that include Streamlines, Cash-outs, Residential Rehabs (201K), and Reverse mortgages.
