Brag about yourself - what makes you great at what you do?

I'm an independent investment advisor with 28 years in sales, 17 in the financial industry. I now begin relationships by getting my clients involved in private REITS, a fixed investment which mitigates risk and stops the volatility in any account. All my REITS are commercial real estate on the lending and buying side. I hold seminars twice a month at the HQ of my REIT sponsors.
