While I am Le Cordon Bleu trained at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, I am fortunate to have gained many years of experience through all facets of the culinary world. Therefore, my cooking style is fully integrated with fusion-esque undertones, including a healthy whole foods mentality. I believe food plays an integral role in a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy working with my clients to create customized menus and delicious memories.
