As a GCM I am able to act as a private concierge healthcare navigator and coordinate services for the family or older adults . I do counseling and crisis intervention as needed to the client and /or family members. I have an excellent source of referrals in many communities. I am caring, patient, reliable and supportive to those in need of guidance and intervention.
