An accounting firm that is providing bookkeeping service and individual tax filing is looking to expand to full services corporate accounting including corporate tax returns, non-profit, financial statements, payroll and more.

Our preferred setup is to create a collaboration with a person or with an accounting team who is currently in the accounting business with strong knowledge and experience in the field. 

We will assist you with all back office accounting needs including staff, software and new clients. We will service your existing clients and they will continue to be your clients. 

You'll be the accountant to process all our clients tax needs. 

This is an excellent opportunity for any accountant or accounting firm who would like to either have a quickstart into the business or to reduce the current business operation while maintaining or growing the business. 

It will be especially beneficial for anyone who is in one of the following categories: 

• An individual who was employed till now and wants to start his own business with a strong backbone and support system.
